Terms of Service

DashHub Inc. · Toronto, Ontario, Canada · Last updated July 8, 2026

The short version: we run your calls, quotes, bookings, and payment links over text. You pay a monthly fee. You own your data and your customer relationships. You're responsible for what you charge and for having the right to text your customers. Either of us can end it anytime — and you keep everything.

1. The service

DashHub provides text- and voice-based business automation: missed-call text-back, invoicing with payment links, follow-ups, appointment confirmation, booking, quoting, and related features ("the Service"), delivered over a dedicated phone number. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

2. Fees and billing

3. Your responsibilities

4. Your data

Business records generated by the Service (leads, quotes, invoices, logs) are yours. They live in files under your ownership wherever possible. If you cancel, you keep them — no export fees, no hostage data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Service levels and honesty about limits

We build for reliability (delivery confirmation, daily health checks, human escalation), but the Service depends on carriers, Twilio, Stripe, Google, and AI transcription — and no messaging service can guarantee every text arrives or every transcription is perfect. Money-related actions include confirmation steps so errors can be caught before they reach a customer. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that can't be excluded under Ontario law.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashHub's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits from a missed message).

7. Ending the service

Cancel anytime by text or email, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice. Either way, your data remains yours (section 4).

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stand. Updates to these terms will be posted here with a new date; material changes will be communicated to active operators by text — one text, as always.
